New digital camcorders for TV/SYD in Denmark
After intensive evaluation of the digital ENG formats, TV/SYD in Kolding, regional TV station of TV2 group in Denmark, ordered DVCPRO50 camcorders from Ikegami.
TV/SYD equipped their ENG teams with 9 pcs. HL-V75W, 2/3 inch 3-CCD camcorders (600.000 pixel) with 16:9 screen aspect ratio switch able to 4:3.
HL-V75W is a marriage of Ikegami's digital video technology and DVCPRO Series Digital VTR. DVCPRO50 with 4:2:2 encoding is ideally suited for high-end productions.
