This product ensures the detection of diverse kinds of colour contamination of tablets, defective printing and suchlike using the incorporated colour line sensor. Through its advanced video processing technology, the device can detect minute foreign objects adhering to tablets, as well as fibres and hair (Sticking out hair of fibres) with an inspection accuracy of 50μm. A processing capacity of up to 250,000 tablets per hour improves the quality of the medical tablets and reduces labour in the inspection process.

It reliably detects colour contamination in tablets, defective printing, colour divergence in the tablets and other defects using the colour line sensor and the Company's own processing technology.
The video processing section with the newly designed algorithm and the high-resolution camera section can detect minute defects down to 50μm in diameter. The equipment also accurately detects fibres and hairs (out of diameter) adhering to the tablets, foreign objects on the edge of tablets and chipped tablets.

The device employs integrated inspection of the front, back and side that makes use of newly designed advanced optical technology to improve the efficiency of full-face inspection.

The camera section and a special lighting section dedicated to the inspection of cracks can be optionally incorporated to improve the inspection of defects.

High-speed processing of up to 250,000 tablets per hour is provided by the video processing section that facilitates high-speed processing, the supply section that enables high-volume supply, and the belt conveyor section that ensures stable transport.

The unit employs a simple marshal section to accommodate different kinds of tablets using a simple adjustment. It can also supply tablets with unusual shapes, such as variant tablets, at high speed and at a constant rate.

The compact, high-speed CPU reduces the size and enables the transport and processing sections to be integrated, saving space.

By minimizing the number of components in the transport mechanism, the equipment helps prevent cross contamination when the species are changed and minimizes the work required when cleaning and replacing the shelves.

The operating section incorporates a colour touch panel that simplifies setup, such as sensitivity and standard memory, and displays a range of inspection data and errors. Since the operation panel can be rotated through 180 degrees, it can be operated while checking the transport section.

A range of data including management data (such as inspection terms and results) and error messages can be reviewed on the optional LAN. Remote monitoring is also available as an option.
